GENERAL
RECOMMENDATIONS
The Bagger's efficient and safe
operation demands each operator to
read and be familiar with operational
procedures and every safety
precautions described in this manual.
It is recommended that two people
are involved in the operation of the
Bagger. One person following the
Bag's compaction, and another one
inside the tractor's cab.
In case there are any enquiries, get
in contact with our Technical Support
Department. We rely on trained and
qualified technicians to help you
whenever necessary.
Before you start work:
Read the Instructions Manual.
After functioning or during the first
½ hour:
ƒ Retighten all fixating bolts,
especially on the wheels. Then,
do a thorough daily check-up,
retightening them whenever
necessary.
ƒ Check the tension and alignment
of transmission chains. You should
tension or align them whenever
necessary.
ƒ Check if all protections are
mounted and working properly.
ƒ Check if the cardan protections
run freely.
ƒ Check the state of the bearing
housings from transmissions and
from the endless screw.
ƒ Lubricate all grease nipples.
After the first 5 hours' work
ƒ Repeat all previous items
ƒ A f t e r t h i s p e r i o d , p r o c e e d
according to regular maintenance
schedule.
Special care after bagging:
ƒ Keep the area surrounding the bag clear, free
of weeds, bushes, rodents and other animals or
plants that might damage it.
ƒ Always bear in mind that the presence of oxygen
inside the bag provokes the acceleration of the
deterioration process of the material, when it gets
in contact with air.
ƒ Close the bad properly.
ƒ In case the bag ruptures, it must be immediately
repaired in order to avoid contact of the bagged
product with air, and consequently loss of quality
due to deterioration.
Special care after bagging:
