Symptom
Release is not possible.
Possible cause:
Insufficient operating
pressure.
After a longer period of
storage the moving
parts are jammed with
lubricant.
The lock-out safety
device is activated
(only for
PKT-2-CLIP45-SY).
The pressure reduction
valve is defective.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
Change the compressed
air cartridge (see
page 19).
Clean the pneumatic tool
and apply oil again.
Adjust for maximum
operating pressure
(see page 29, only for
PKT-2-ES40-S,
PKT-2-ES40-SY,
PKT-2-CLIP45-SY and
PKT-2-N65-S).
Then release several
times.
After it has released,
adjust the desired
operating pressure (see
page 29, only for
PKT-2-ES40-S,
PKT-2-ES40-SY,
PKT-2-CLIP45-SY and
PKT-2-N65-S).
Otherwise notify
customer service
(see page 29).

Notify customer service
