1 Connect the coolant filter (6) to the coolant return (red) (7).
2 Connect the coolant hoses.
3 Unscrew the cap (2) on the filler neck (3) of the coolant container (4).
4 Fill the cooling unit with ABICOR BINZEL BTC coolant up to the maximum fill level mark on the container. Leave the filler
neck open.
5 Switch on the cooling unit.
6 Fill the cooling unit via the filler neck (3) of the coolant container (4) with ABICOR BINZEL BTC coolant up to the
maximum fill level mark on the container.
7 Repeat this procedure approx. 2–3 times until the cooling liquid is distributed throughout the entire coolant circuit and the
maximum fill level has been reached.
8 Screw the cap (2) back on to the filler neck (3) to seal it.
CAUTION
Damage caused by unsuitable and conductive cooling liquids is not covered by the warranty.
• Prior to refilling the cooling system with BTC coolant, the system must be rinsed with clean water to remove any
residues.
• If other cooling liquids are used, they must not contain any aggressive, abrasive or resinous components.
• If ABICOR BINZEL BTC coolant is not available, deionized water (permitted operating temperature +5°C to
+40°C) or, after cleaning the device, a mixture of 25 % monoethylene glycol and 75 % deionized water (permitted
operating temperature −10°C to +40°C) can be used.
