Maintenance work to be carried

Check coolant level
Check the filter for dirt; clean/replace if
necessary
Clean the finned radiator using
compressed air, removing all dust
Check the coolant supply and return hoses
for dirt, replace if necessary
Change the coolant
Flush the finned radiator against the
direction of the supply/return flow
Rinse out the coolant container
Check the tightness of the connectors; if
necessary, tighten hose clamps using pliers
Inspection and testing during operation
