NOTE
• To fasten the iSTM mount to the robot, a robot flange is required. It must
correspond to the hole pattern of the iSTM and of the robot.
1 Mount intermediate flange (6) on the robot (5) using eight (M4) cylinder
head screws max. tightening torque max. M= 3.5 Nm.
2 Fasten insulating flange (4) to intermediate flange (6) using four cylinder
screws (3) max. tightening torque M= 6 Nm.
NOTE
• Ensure correct position of the cylindrical pin (7). It specifies the reference
position, relative to the robot.
3 Fasten complete welding torch coupling (2) to insulating flange (4) using
six cylinder screws (8) max. tightening torque M= 3.5 Nm.
4 Mount insulating sleeve (9) and lock ring (1) to complete welding torch
coupling (2) and secure with retaining ring (10).
Bevore the hose assembly can be installed, the robot has to be approached in
mainenance position.
