2 Align hose assembly (2) in the pre-determined direction and mount it in the
torch mount.

NOTE
• When replacing the liquid-cooled ABIROB
sure that any coolant residues are removed from the iSTM ABIROB
• When mounting liquid-cooled ABIROB
that the water nipples in the welding torch coupling ABIROB
inserted correctly into the hose assembly adapter. Observe the forced
positioning.
• After mounting is complete, check for any leaks.

• When cleaning with compressed air, wear suitable protective clothing, in
particular safety goggles.

1 Rotate lock ring (3) and open cover (4).
2 Unscrew fastening screw (10) from the welding torch coupling (8) until
screw head and washer (9) make contact.
