Check the guide changer on the left side of the fuser unit. Should paper be
jammed underneath, raise the guide changer and the fuser unit cover
(hold the [green] knob). Remove paper as shown in the following figure.

After remedying, the message display indication changes to the following:

After confirming that paper is not jammed in the transfer unit, return the
transfer unit alone into the printer.

Turn the lock lever clockwise to securely lock the transfer unit.
