REMOVAL/INSTALLATION OF THE HYDRATION SYSTEM
Unscrew the screw of the Hydration System support (39)
Remove the left cheek pad by grasping the front part near the helmet's chin/face protector and pull it in the
direction indicated by the arrow to release it from all the buttons automatically (40). Pull the plastic strip out of
its two seats and extract the cheek pad (41).
Extract the tube out of its socket by pulling it in the direction indicated by the arrow (42).
To reinstall it, repeat the operations backwards.
ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE HYDRATION SYSTEM.
The system can be adjusted in height (3 different positions) to better adapt itself to the needs of users (48).
Unscrew the screw of the support (39). Position the screw in the desired position. Screw it on once more.

RESCUE PULL SYSTEM
It's a mechanism that can be used by emergency personnel to remove the cheek pads. In case of emergency,
the chinstrap must be cut or untied to remove the cheek pad. Grab the red emergency ribbon, while holding
the helmet to prevent the pilot's head from moving (31), and pull on it in the direction shown (32). Pull on the
red ribbon to release the automatic buttons and to extract the helmet's cheek pad while it is still on the driver's
head. Repeat this procedure to remove the other side. Hold on tightly to the helmet and do not move the pilot's
head while removing the cheek pads.
Warning:
1) Do not pull on the emergency red ribbon while driving.
2) Only use original AGV cheek pads and never non-AGV components.
3) Do not use the Rescue Pull System to remove the cheek pad for maintenance.

SILICONE OIL:
Silicon oil to lubricate the visor's mechanism and to avoid rust and annoying noises.
Remove the visor before applying the product. Then, apply a small amount of oil on the visor's actuator system.
Remove excess oil with a cloth. Your view can be obstructed if there are silicone oil residues on the visor.
Ensure adequate lubrication.
Warnings:
1) Wash with plenty of soap and water in case of contact with skin.
2) Wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice in case of contact with eyes.
3) Do not swallow. Seek medical advice if swallowed.
4) Get plenty of fresh air if inhaled.
5) Keep out of reach of children.
6) Avoid exposure to sunlight, keep in a fresh and dry place and maintain the temperature below 50°C.
7) Do not dispose of the container in the environment.
8) Prevent the product from penetrate the soil/subsoil. Prevent the product from being spilled into surface
water or into the sanitary sewer system. Keep the contaminated washing water and dispose of it accordingly.
Inform the competent authorities if the product has been spilled in the waterways, soil or sanitary sewer system.
9) Material suitable for recycling: absorbing, organic, sand-like material.
EXTENDED WARRANTY
If you wish to obtain an extended warranty on the helmet purchased, go to the website www.agv.com, carefully
read the terms and conditions and fill in the registration form within 60 days of purchasing the helmet.
The extended warranty can have a variable duration, depending on the helmet model purchased. Further
information, together with the terms and conditions of the extended warranty, can be found in the aforesaid
section found on the website www.agv.com.

com. The use of non-original accessories may compromise the safety of the helmet and will render all
product warranty null and void. Dainese SpA shall reject all responsibility in case of use of non-original
