10. TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
This table facilitates identification of the cause of the defect. The manufacturer recommends that the technical service department
is contacted in good time, to obtain instructions for operating and/or adjusting in condition of maximum safety.
The manufacturer will not accept any responsibility for damage to people, animals and objects caused by manoeuvres by
unauthorised and unqualified personnel.

PROBLEMS
The pump works but does

stops during the operation

Excessive oil leaks from the

the same time as the air valve to start the
motor.
- Bleed the air out.
- Pressurize the tank.
CAUTION
Max. pressure 0.5 Bar (7 P .S.I.)
- Remove and clean.
Ventilate tank through the screw on the plug.
Capacity should be 250 Lt/minute.
- Clean or replace
- Bleed air from the circuit
- If necessary add a copper washer or replace
coupling if the housing is worn.
7 bar (100 P .S.I.) is required.
Clean or replace.
Tighten if necessary.
Clean.
