3. Place the rubber cushions on top of the four mounting brack-
ets. NOTE: The rubber cushion must be above the top of
the frame rails. Position the mounting base on top of the rub-
ber mounting pads and align the holes.
4. Use the .625" – 3.500" capscrews (7), .625" I.D.- 1.750" O.D.
washer (8), spring (11) and lock nuts (12) to attach the mount-
ing base to the angle brackets. Slide one washer on the cap
screw and install it through the mounting base, rubber pad and
angle brackets. From the bottom side install the spring, washer
and lock nut.

5. With all four angle brackets secured to the mounting base it is
time to tighten the lock nut until the compressed length of the
spring is 1.500". DO NOT completely compress the spring.
