Introduction
This amendment contains necessary information which will modify the Operating Instructions A5E011329xx-04 as
follows:
Chapter 1 - 'Introduction': new section 1.9 - 'Industrial safety' added.
Section 4.1 - 'Safety information': paragraph 'Laser Safety' modified to read as stated there.
Section 5.1.4 - 'Electric connections in the ATEX/IECEx system': new warning note added as stated there.
To ensure safe operation of this device, make sure you also read the standard operating instructions for the SITRANS
SL laser gas analyzer (A5E011329xx) as of revision 04 whereat 'xx' in this number stands for one of the following
languages: 48: English; 49: German; 51: French; 52: Italian; 53: Spanish.
This applies, above all, to the warnings and safety information provided there.

1.9 Industrial security
