Pump leaking
Up to 3 drops of water per minute are permissible.
In case of more serious leaks
 Have the appliance checked by Customer Service.
High-pressure pump is vibrating
Inlet pipes to the pump are leaky.
 Check all inlet pipes to the pump.
Air within the system
 Venting the pump:
a Open the water supply.
b Start the engine according to the operating in-
structions of the engine manufacturer.
c To vent the pump, unscrew the nozzle and allow
the appliance to run until the water exits in a bub-
ble-free state. Let the appliance run for 10 sec-
onds, and turn off the appliance . Repeat this
process several times.
d Switch off the appliance, and fit the nozzle again.
Overflow valve keeps switching on/off when
the trigger gun is opened
Nozzle is blocked.
 Clean the nozzle.
Appliance is decalcified.
 Decalcify the appliance.
Overflow valve is defective.
 Contact Customer Service to replace the overflow
valve.

Set temperature is not achieved while using
Sooty heating spiral
 Have the appliance de-sooted by Customer Service.
Burner does not start
Fuel tank is empty.
 Refill the fuel tank.
Water shortage
 Check the water inlet and water supply, and check
the connections.
 Clean the sieve in the water shortage safeguard.
Fuel filter is dirty.
 Replace the fuel filter.
No ignition spark
 If no spark can be seen from the sight glass during
operation, please contact Customer Service.
The warranty conditions issued by our relevant sales
company apply in all countries. We shall remedy possi-
ble malfunctions on your appliance within the warranty
period free of cost, provided that a material or manufac-
turing defect is the cause. In a warranty case, please
contact your dealer (with the purchase receipt) or the
next authorised customer service site.
