Press RESET to reset the display in the Dial mode. The serial data output of peak torque is also transmitted.
Press RESET to transmit the serial data in the Track mode.
• Press MODE to increase the target setting. Hold to increase the speed of change.
• Press UNIT to decrease the target setting. Hold to increase the speed of change.
Press LIMIT to enter the ± percent tolerance setting from 1% to 10%. Enter 0 for no limits. The % symbol
is the ± percent tolerance setting, which is displayed constantly.
• Press MODE to increase the ± percentage tolerance setting.
• Press UNIT to decrease the ± percentage tolerance setting.
FIN for 1 second.
OPERATING INSTRUMENT
Select the mode of operation.
Place the torque screwdriver or wrench in the instrument and apply the torsion torque in the required direction.
Remove the torque screwdriver or wrench, and zero the display, if need be, by pressing the RESET and LIMIT
buttons together. SET0 is displayed for 1 second.
Repeat the torsion torque application operation in the required direction.
During use, if the tolerance limit value has been set, it can be displayed through the three LEDs as follows:
• The orange LED indicates that a value lower than the selected value has been reached.
• The green LED indicates that the selected value has been reached.
• The red LED indicates that the selected value has been exceeded.
SERIAL PORT
Connect the cable supplied with the instrument between the serial port of the Dynatester and either
the computer or the printer.
Communication settings: 9600 Baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance and repair jobs must be carried out by trained personnel. For such jobs, you can contact Beta
Utensili S.P.A.'s repair centre.
DISPOSAL
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the equipment or packaging means that the product should be col-
lected separately from other types of urban waste at the end of its useful life.
Any user who is going to dispose of this tool can:
• deliver it to an appropriate collection facility for electronic or electrotechnical equipment;
• return it to the dealer upon purchase of a new, equivalent item of equipment;
• in case of a product for professional use only, contact the manufacturer which will arrange for the product
to be properly disposed of.
Proper disposal of this product allows the raw materials contained in it to be reused and prevents damage
to the environment or human health.
Illegal disposal of this product is a violation of the provision concerning the disposal of hazardous waste
