WALL CONTROL WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: To avoid possible electrical shock, be sure
electricity is turned off at the main fuse box before hanging. (Fig. 14)
NOTE: If you are not sure if the outlet box is grounded, contact
a licensed electrician for advice, as it must be grounded for
safe operation.
1. With electrical power still disconnected, remove the
existing wall plate and switch. Using wire nut supplied with
new wall control (F), connect black wire from wall control (F) to
black house supply (hot). Connect other black wire from wall
control (F) to black wire leading to outlet box. Lastly, connect
green wire from wall control (F) to ground wire leading to
ceiling outlet box. (Fig. 15)
2. Attach wall control unit (F) to outlet box using the two
6-32 screws provided with the control. Attach wall plate to the
switch control front using the two small screws provided with
the control. (Fig. 16)

WALL CONTROL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Restore electrical power to the outlet box by turning the
electricity on at the main fuse box. (Fig. 17)
2. Check the operation of the fan by sliding the fan control to
one of the numbered settings. (Fig. 18)
NOTE: Medium and low speeds are to be utilized only when
rotary switch on fan unit is positioned in the high speed setting.
