5-A Lift Out Bassinet • Moisés removible
WARNING
SUFFOCATION HAZARD Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding and side of the lift out bassinet, and
• On soft bedding.
Use ONLY mattress pad provided by Graco. NEVER add a mattress
pad, pillow, comforter, padding or sheet.
• NEVER use playard sheet on mattress pad when in lift out
bassinet mode.
• FALL HAZARD: To help prevent falls, do not use this product when
the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or weighs over
15 lb (6.8 kg), whichever comes first.
• Use lift out bassinet with only one child at a time.
• Never place a child under the lift out bassinet.
• The lift out bassinet must be fully assembled and installed,
including mattress pad, before using. Do not modify lift out
bassinet or add any attachments that are not listed in the owner's
manual.
• DO NOT store the lift out bassinet in the product when using in
playard mode.
• To help prevent heat build-up inside the playard and to avoid
overheating your child, when using the lift out bassinet DO NOT use
an outdoor canopy.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy
infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised
by your physician.
• Do not use lift out bassinet as a co-sleeper in the bed.
• The lift out bassinet is designed for use only with this Graco
playard or on floor. Do not use on bed, counter or other elevated
surfaces.
• Always attach toy bar to the lift out bassinet and not the mattress
tabs when in lift out bassinet mode.
• DO NOT place lift out bassinet in playard without playard bassinet
securely attached.
• DO NOT carry lift out bassinet with baby inside it.
