The poles can be continuously adjusted from 71 to 145 cm. To determi-
ne the optimum pole length for using on straight roads, multiply your body
height with factor 0.7. To set the required pole length, pull out the respec-
tive pole segment and individually tighten it as you wish. Position your-
self with relaxed shoulders and your arms hanging loosely. Put your lower
arms at a 90° angle and take hold of the handles of the poles. In this po-
sition, the pole should be exactly perpendicular when touching the ground.
Caution! The twist-off lock must be set in such a way that parts of the rod do not
slip while in use. Before using, make sure that the lock is functioning properly.

I bastoni sono a regolazione continua da cm 71 a 145 cm. Per determinare la
lunghezza ottimale del bastoncino per l'utilizzo su percorsi rettilinei, moltipli-
care la propria altezza per il fattore 0,7. Per impostare la lunghezza richiesta del
bastone, estrarre il rispettivo segmento del bastone e stringerlo saldamente a
piacere. Sistematevi con le spalle rilassate e le braccia abbassate. Disporre gli
avambracci a 90° ed afferrare le impugnature dei bastoni. In questa posizione il
bastone deve trovarsi esattamente in posizione verticale sulla base.
Attenzione! La chiusura a vite deve essere regolata in modo che le sezioni del
bastoncino non scivolino l'una contro l'altra durante l'utilizzo. Prima di ogni
utilizzo assicurarsi che la chiusura funzioni correttamente.

tamaño corporal con el factor 0,7. A fin de ajustar la longitud deseada, extraiga
el segmento de bastón respectivo y fíjelo de nuevo en la posición conveniente.
Póngase de pie con los hombros distendidos y los brazos colgando. Flexione los
antebrazos en un ángulo de 90° y agarre las empuñaduras. En esta posición, el
bastón debería descansar absolutamente recto sobre el suelo.
¡Atención! El obturador giratorio debe ajustarse de modo tal que en el uso no
se produzca un desplazamiento de las piezas del bastón. Antes de cada uso
constate que el obturador funcione correctamente.
