Special features of the headset and
the frame:
The headset that comes with the frame,
LOOK patented, includes two removable
upper and lower bearing support rings.
These are factory installed rings, and
can be replaced in case of wear, thus
preserving the frame's head tube.
Check before installation:
Check that the bearing support areas are
clean; free of paint and debris.
Pre-assemble the components in the upper
tube as indicated in the drawing.
Pre-assemble the components in the lower
tube. Check that clearance exists between
the tube and the fork, so that it can turn
freely.
The bearings should be able to mount into
the tube with little or no resistance.
