• The height at which the helmet is worn can be adjusted by changing
the depth of the cradle net. To do this, slide the 2 quick-fastening
straps through the holes in the back of the neck plate.

Connection of front ratchet interface with inner shell
Default position:
Clip (A) inserted in inner shell tab (C)
Alternative position:
Clip (B) inserted in inner shell tab (C)
To unclip the connection (clip A or B), press down the securing lever
located on the inner shell tab (C), using a flat tool (e.g. screw driver) and
then pull upwards the front ratchet interface.

CHINSTRAP

• Lock the automatic buckle (a).
• Adjust chincup position using the adjustable side clips of the chinstrap side interfaces (b).
• Tense the chinstrap without overtightening (the two Velcro sections should be touching).
• Slide the chincup as required, to centre it. It is also allowed to completely remove it.
• Adjust tightness at the rear by pulling the 2 rear strands (c).
This helmet meets the retention requirements of EN 443:2008 when the chin strap provided by
the helmet manufacturer is worn and adjusted according to the instructions.

the head is leaning forward and the
chin strap unfastened.
