6 Commissioning

6.2.2 Bleed the device

Proper cooling is ensured only if the entire cooling system has been bled. The device must bled at the time
of initial commissioning and every time the device is emptied.

Unscrew the coolant tank's cap.

Add coolant only up to the MAX line.

Screw the coolant tank's cap back on.

Bleed the device.

Connect the quick coupling of the tool for device

bleeding to the coolant supply connection
coupling (blue).
Pull the piston of the tool for device bleeding up all

the way.
Pull off the quick coupling of the tool for device
3
bleeding.
