8. MAINTENANCE
8.1 Daily, by a trained operator.
A. Clean the tank seal with a damp cloth (fig.1, n°10).
B. Clean the radar level sensor with a damp cloth (fig.1, n°4).
C. Clean the outside of the machine with a damp cloth.
D. Clean the screen (Section 4a.) (fig.1, n°5)
8.2 Weekly, by a trained operator.
A. Clean the tank (Section 7.4.b)
B. Remove the tank seal (fig. 1, n°10) to clean it in hot water.
Do not leave the tank empty for several days at a time, always leave some water (above the nut that
secures the propeller stirrer) so as to prevent premature wear of seals.
8.3 Monthly, by an approved agent.
A. Clean the evaporator by opening the vent grille (fig.1, n°12) and blowing it then opening a side door to
brush (using a soft brush) the back of the evaporator (fig. 7)
9. CONSUMABLES
When ordering a spare part, check with your approved agent which part is required based on the
spare parts catalogue issued by the manufacturer.
Always quote the machine serial number shown on the nameplate.
Your agent will place the orders with JAC.
