5.1 Función: HACCP
Para cada uno de los programas de cocción, existe un registro que contiene todos los datos de la
cocción.
Si el aparato tiene conectada una impresora, se puede imprimir el registro siempre que la impresora
pueda imprimir al menos 40 letras/caracteres por línea y que tenga un puerto de comunicación serie.
Datos de la impresora: 9600, N,8,1.
El casquillo para conectar el cable se encuentra debajo del panel de mandos
