or installation supplied can only be

values given in the data sheet be
exceeded.

4 Pump description

The pump is fitted with a wet run-
ner motor. The pumping medium
lubricates and cools the friction
bearing and rotor.
No motor protection is required.
Even the maximum overload cur-
rent cannot damage the motor. The
motor operates non-overloading.
Control mode: Automatic
The pump differential pressure falls
within the set control channel.
The automatic pump control adapt
the delivery head within the control
channel to the volume flow and as
such prevent any disruptive flow
noises inside the heating installati-
on.

In order to guarantee efficient ope-
ration of the heating installation
and optimum adaptation of the
pump to the load on the hydraulic
installation, it is important to select
the right control range. The pump
control channel is selected using a
3-stage selector switch in accor-
dance with the installation require-
ments. The pump operates within
the chosen control range (charac-
teristic diagram) and adapts conti-
nuously to the fluctuating power
requirements of the installation, in
to
particular when thermostat valves
are used.
