DETAILED SAFETY REGULATIONS
ADDITIONAL SAFETY RULES
• Ensure the mains voltage matches the voltage on the tool rating
plate.
• Do not use the mixer drill in environment with potentially
explosive atmosphere. Do not mix solvents or substances that
contain solvents with ignition temperature below 210
• Do not wind the power cord around any part of the mixer drill
body.
• Switch the mixer drill on and off only when the mixer paddle is
immersed in a container.
• Ensure the container for mixing is properly fixed.
• Do not put your hands or any other objects into the container
when mixing.
• Use additional handles supplied with the device. Loss of control
may cause operator personal injury.
CAUTION! This device is designed to operate indoors.
The design is assumed to be safe, protection measures and
additional safety systems are used, nevertheless there is always a
small risk of injuries at work.
CONSTRUCTION AND USE
Mixer drill is a power tool designed for continuous use for building
industry and other fields. It is driven by single-phase commutator
motor with rotational speed reduced with gear transmission. This
type of power tools is widely used for making holes in wood, wood-
based materials and metal, and mixing substances. Possibility to use
various mixing tools appropriate for type of mixed substances allows
for mixing of cement, gypsum, stucco, paint, plaster, self levelling
underlayment and other chemicals. Depending on the composition
being mixed and type of the tool used it is not recommended to mix
more than 65 litres of the product at once. Range of use covers repair
and building works, woodworking and any work from the scope of
individual, amateur activities (tinkering).
Use the power tool according to the manufacturer's instructions
only.

PREPARATION FOR OPERATION

INSTALLATION OF THE HANDLE
Due to personal safety issues it is recommended to use the
additional or auxiliary handle.

INSTALLATION OF AUXILIARY HANDLE
Auxiliary handle is used when the tool operates in mixer mode.
• Loosen screws on the mixer drill body.
• Slide the auxiliary handle rod (8) into the hollow in the mixer drill
body (fig. A).
• Tighten loosened screws to secure the auxiliary handle.
• Deinstallation of the auxiliary handle is similar to installation, only
the sequence of actions is reversed.
INSTALLATION OF MIXER
• Install reducer sleeve (7) on the mixer drill spindle (6), tighten with
flat spanners (included) (fig. B).
• Screw the mixer shaft into the reducer sleeve (7).
INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL HANDLE
Additional handle is used when the tool operates in drill mode.
Possibility to rotate the additional handle (2) before it is clamped on
the mixer drill body allows choosing the position most comfortable
for specific working conditions.
• Loosen the wheel lock that locks collar of the additional handle
(2) by turning it left.
• Slide the additional handle collar over cylindrical part of the mixer
drill body.
• Turn for the most comfortable position.
• Turn the handle lock tight to the right to clamp the additional
handle.
DEPTH GAUGE INSTALLATION
Drill chuck is fixed directly on the mixer drill spindle.
• Loosen the wheel lock, which blocks collar of the additional
handle (2).
• Slide depth gauge rod (5) into the hole in the additional handle
collar (2).
• Set desired drill depth.
• Fix by tightening the additional handle wheel lock.
DRILL CHUCK INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL

• Open drill chuck (1) jaws.
• Unscrew the drill chuck fixing screw with cross screwdriver, by
turning it clockwise (left-hand thread).
• Install hexagonal key in the drill chuck (1) (fig. C).
• Hold the spindle with flat spanner and gently tap the end of the
hexagonal key.
• Unscrew the drill chuck.
Installation of the drill chuck is similar to deinstallation, only the
sequence of actions is reversed.
