► Slide front wheel (7) onto frame (8) so the
bores align.
► Insert bolt (6) into the rear bore.
► Place washer (5) on bolt (6).
► Screw on castellated nut (4) and tighten.
► Push retaining pin (3) through castellated
nut (4).
Castellated nut (5) is secured.
► Insert pin (2) through the front bore.
► Push retaining pin (1) through the bore in
pin (2).
Pin (2) is secured and front wheel (7) is locked
in position.
The front wheel must not be dismantled again.

Attaching the Handlebar

► Fit lower handlebar (1) onto mount (2).
► Pull lever (1) upwards, swivel and allow to
engage in centre position (2).
► Screw in screw (3).
Lower handlebar (4) is locked in place.

► Press lever (5) downwards and hold.
► Insert upper handlebar (6).
► Release lever (5) and allow upper handle‐
bar (6) to engage at centre detent (7).
Upper handlebar (6) is locked in place.
► Insert screw clamp (8) through lower handle‐
bar (4).
► Attach upper handlebar (6) with screw
clamp (8), washers (9) and nuts (10).
► Tighten nuts (10) so upper handlebar (6) can
be adjusted when opening lever (5).
► Fasten the cables to the handlebar at regular
intervals using cable ties (11).
6 Assembling the Cultivator
