All the versions perform the monitoring of insulation leakage (which cannot be disabled) and transformer overload (the apparent power control is active by default, possibility
of activating temperature control) functions.

Programmable parameters
In order to access programming, a 4 digit numeric password is required.
If the unit is in programming mode for more than 10 seconds without any pressure
of the keys, the device automatically returns to display mode without saving the set
parameters.
Warning: When the device is in programming mode monitoring is interrupted.
For the programming procedure the 2 keys on the front panel are used:
TEST to increase the set value
PAGE to move the cursor position
TEST + PAGE to confirm the set value and switch to the following programming
page
1. Press test+page
2. The display shows PASS/0000 (the active digit flashes)
3. Use the test/page keys to enter the access key (standard 1000)
4. Press test+page to confirm and change page.
5. The display shows Alarm R: this enables setting the alarm threshold for insulation
loss. Press test/page to change the set value.
Alarm condition:
Possible settings:
status: always active (it cannot be disabled)
activation threshold: 50 – 500 kΩ, in steps of 1
factory settings: 200 kΩ
Press test+page to confirm and change page
6. The display shows EnPreAIR: this enables activating the pre-alarm on the R mea-
sured value. If Y is selected the pre-alarm is activated, and the user is asked to set
the value.
Pre-alarm condition:
Possible settings:
status: non active/active
activation threshold: alarm threshold (included) – 500 kΩ, in steps of 1
factory settings: not active, preset threshold in case of activation 500 kΩ
Press TEST + PAGE to confirm
7. The display shows EnAlarmT: this enables setting the activation of the transformer
temperature monitoring function. Press test/page to change the set value.

status: status: active/non active by default
activation threshold: 60 – 150 °C, in steps of 1
factory settings: not active, preset threshold in case of activation 120 °C
Pre-alarm condition:
Possible settings:
status: active (only if alarm active!)/non active
activation threshold: 60 – 150 °C, in steps of 1
factory settings: not active, preset threshold in case of activation 60 °C

8. The display shows EnAlarmP: this enables activating the monitoring of the
transformer power measured value. Press test/page to change the set value.

9. The display shows Nom Pwr: this enables setting the transformer rated power.

10. The display shows Ct Ratio: this enables setting the external TA transformation ratio.
Press test/page to change the set value. Press test+page to confirm and change
page.

11. The display shows Pwr Time: this enables setting the integration time for the
calculation of the average power. Press test/page to change the set value.
Press test+page to confirm and change page.
Factory settings: 15 min
12. The display shows Hyst: this enables setting the hysteresis level for alarm and
pre-alarm notifications. Press test/page to change the set value. Press test+page to
confirm and change page.
Factory settings: 5%
13. The display shows Relais: this enables setting the relay operation (default normally
open "NA"). Press test/page to change the set value.
Press test+page to confirm and change page.
14. The display shows Contrast: this enables changing the screen contrast.
Press test/page to change the set value. Press test+page to confirm and change
page.
15. The display shows AutoScrl: this enables setting the automatic scrolling of the
display menu during the control functions. Press test/page to change the set value.
Press test+page to confirm and change page.
16. The display shows ChgPass: this enables changing the access password. Press test/
page to change the set value. Press test+page to confirm and change page.
17. The display shows Saving: it saves the parameters set, and returns to the display
menu.
Display
The display menu consists of several pages, and changes depending on the selected
mode of operation. If the AUTOSCROLL function is not active, after 5 seconds the
display menu returns to the R = HIGH page (page no. 1). To scroll through the display
pages press PAGE.
1. Indication of the measured transformer power values: it displays R=HIGH, T.
In case of earth leakage with value between 50 and 500 kΩ, the exact value of
resistance towards the earth is displayed. In case of insulation loss with value of less
than 50 kΩ, R=LOW is displayed.

The device automatically notifies the failed connection of the PE ("GROUND FAULT")
