ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Fuel Refill
DANGER
Danger of explosion! Only refill diesel oil or light fuel
oil. Inappropriate fuels, e.g. petrol, must not be used.
DO NOT USE GASOLINE, CRANKCASE OIL RESIDUALS
OR WASTE OIL.
ATTENTION
Risk of damage! Never operate device with an empty
fuel tank. The fuel pump will otherwise be destroyed.
• Refill fuel.
• Close tank lock.
• Wipe off spilled fuel.
Water Connection
The water source for the pressure washer should be
supplied by a minimum 3/4" I.D. garden hose with a city
water pressure of not less than 30 PSI.
Flow rate of water supply must not fall below 5 GPM.
The water supply temperature must not exceed 105ºF
(40ºC).
Never use the pressure washer to draw in water
contaminated with solvents, e.g. paint thinners, gasoline,
oil, etc.
Always prevent debris from being drawn into the unit by
using a clean water source. Use additional water filter.
Pump and Coil Protectant (RM110)
The pump and coil protectant RM110 prevents the
calcification on the heating coil while operating with
calciferous tap water. It is dosed into the supply in the float
container drop by drop.
The metering is set to medium water rigidity by the
manufacturer.
• Refill system care via the RM110 tank container.
Note: A sample 1 qt bottle of RM110 is included. For
reorder, per case of 12 bottles, use part # 8.698-058.0.
To Start:

Clean using steam.
•
In steam operation (> 212ºF/100ºC), use the steam
nozzle available as an accessory (see "Steam
operation").
Set Working Pressure and Flow Rate
Pressure/Quantity Regulation of the
Pump Unit
Turn the regulation spindle in a clockwise direction:
