Si la celda se ha diseñado sin protección contra contactos directos
para barras de celdas, debe desconectarse las barras de celdas (el
segmento correspondiente de la barra colectora) antes de montar o
extraer un interruptor seccionador.
Ver también las instrucciones de montaje del aparato especialmente
para lo referente a los pares de apriete que deben aplicarse:
1. Los interruptores seccionadores se insertan en la celda hasta que
las clavijas guía (las puntiagudas situadas a izquierda y derecha
del aparato) penetren en los orificios de perfil de los paneles
laterales izquierdo y derecho del embarrado de distribución y los
contactos encajen directamente en las barras colectoras. Al
insertar los interruptores seccionadores, debe prestarse atención
a la posición horizontal del aparato.
2. Tras ello, los interruptores seccionadores se fijan con dos tornillos
Torx M6 a derecha e izquierda de los perfiles frontales
verticales (máx. 4 Nm). Para ello no se requiere ninguna
herramienta especial si, en caso necesario, se desplazan hacia
la parte delantera el amperímetro o la pantalla de monitoreo
desde el lado derecho (ver Figura 12, 13). Para facilitar la
extracción de los tornillos puede usarse una carraca con
adaptador Torx corto.

4.2.3 Extracción de interruptores seccionadores 3NJ6
•
Desconectar la derivación y comprobar la ausencia de
tensión en los cables de conexión (retirar la tapa para ello si
es preciso).
•
Extraer los fusibles NH tal como se describe en el instructivo
8PQ9800-7AA73, apartado 2.4.1
•
Soltar el cable de conexión del circuito principal y en caso
necesario atarlo.
•
Soltar las conexiones auxiliares a la parte fija de la celda, si
las hay.
•
Con ayuda de un destornillador Torx, soltar los tornillos de
fijación de los interruptores seccionadores a izquierda y
derecha en el perfil frontal vertical. Para el lado derecho, es
posible que deban desplazarse hacia la parte delantera el
amperímetro o la pantalla de vigilancia de los fusibles. Para
facilitar la extracción de los tornillos puede usarse una
carraca con adaptador Torx corto.
Pasos siguientes para interruptores seccionadores fusibles:
•
Cerrar la tapa frontal y asegurarla.
•
Desprender el mango de maniobra y agarrarlo con la mano
izquierda.
•
A continuación, colocar las yemas de los dedos de la mano

If the cubicle has been designed for in-line switching devices of
plug-in type without shock-hazard protection in front of the cubicle
busbar, the cubicle busbar (relevant busbar section) must be
isolated before an in-line fuse switch-disconnector is fitted or
removed.

attention to tightening torques:
1. The strips in OFF position are pushed into the cubicle until the
guide pins (sharp pins at the rear, left and right, of the
switching device) engage in the sectional holes of the left and
right-hand distribution bus side walls and the contacts have
been pushed directly onto the busbars. Ensure that the
switching device is in a horizontal position when pushing in
the strips.
2. The strips are then fastened on the left and right-hand sides
to the vertical front sections with the aid of two Torx screws
(max. 4Nm). No special tool is required if on the right-hand
side the ammeter and/or the monitoring indicator are pulled
out beyond the front (see Fig. 12,13). A ratchet with short
Torx insert facilitates tightening of the screws.

4.2.3 Removing the in-line fuse switch-disconnectors 3NJ6

•
Isolate feeder and verify dead state at the connecting cables
(pull back covers if necessary).
•
Pull LV HRC fuses as described in operating instruction
8PQ9800-7AA73, Section 2.4.1
•
Disconnecting cables from main circuit and tie back if
necessary.
•
Remove any auxiliary connections to fixed-mounted part of
cubicle.
•
Using a Torx screwdriver, release the fastening screws of the
strips on the right and left-hand sides of the vertical front
section. For the right-hand side, the ammeter and/or fuse
monitoring indicator may have to be pulled out beyond the
front. A ratchet with short Torx insert facilitates releasing of
the screws.
Further steps for in-line type fuses:
•
Close and secure front lid.
•
Swing out the handle and grasp it with the left hand.
•
Now put the fingertips of your right hand at the edge of the
