Chapter 3. Routine Maintenance

Cleaning Thermal Head and Rollers
In order to keep the best printing quality, it is recommended to clean Thermal Head, Peeling Roller,
Platen Roller and Main Pinch Roller once per month.
Caution: Make sure that the power is turned off before cleaning.
Make sure that the thermal head has been sufficiently cooled down before cleaning.
Be careful not to damage the Thermal Head.
Clean the roller.

Using gauze dipped with isopropyl alcohol
or ethyl alcohol to clean the heat element
(glass bar) of the thermal head .
Clean the roller.
