3. Adjusting the day of the year and the month

The leap year indicator A makes one complete turn in 4 years.
Pushbutton I simultaneously adjusts the year A and the calendar
month B.
Press successively on pushbutton I to first select the leap year
(«L») or one of the common years (1/2/3), and then the month
preceding the desired month.
In this example, it is necessary to correct the year (the month
preceding «JAN 1» is «DEC L»).
