Troubleshooting tips
Remedy
Keep the tool pressed against the fastening substrate for
30 seconds. Release the trigger pressure and try again.
Check the correct functioning of the press safety device
and try again.
Replace the piston.
Replace the cartridge strip.
Clean the cartridge strip opening
— Do not use force to remove cartridge strips.
— Contact an authorised Würth customer service centre.
Keep the tool pressed against the fastening substrate for
30 seconds. Release the trigger pressure and try again.
Manually move the cartridge strip upwards by one
cartridge.
Clean the tool.
Cock the tool.
Check whether there is a fastener in the piston guide.
Cock the tool.
Clean the tool.
Check piston, piston sleeve and stop ring for wear and
replace if necessary.
Dismantle the components of the piston guide and piston
sleeve, check for wear and incorrect assembly, if neces-
sary clean and replace.
Insert a shorter fastener.
