Primary cartridge filter replacement, for machines
equipped with automatic cleaning system
CAUTION!
Before performing any operation on the filter assembly,
shut off the compressed air supply to the tank and vent
off all the air from the tank, through the tap. Stand well
back to prevent air from blasting into the face.

Loosen the clamp (2).
Remove the vacuum hose (1).
Operate the levers (4).

Disconnect the power supply cable (7) and the compressed
air supply rom t e air intake couplin
Remove the cartridge assembly (6).
Disconnect the connectors (10) and the union (9).

in a plastic bag.
Get four cartridges with the same characteristics. These
will e supplied wit t e asket w ic must e positioned
in the relevant housing on the lower side of the cartridge

CAUTION!
Gasket replacement is of the utmost importance since
it must ensure a perfectly tight seal between the filter
chamber and cartridge, thus preventing dust from
leaking out.

Use the lever (2) to release the cap (1) then pull it up and
out of the vacuum cleaner.
Unscrew ring (4).
Pull out disc (5 and a solute filter 6).
Place a solute filter 6) in a plastic bag, close the bag
ermetically and dispose o t e filter in accordance wit
the laws in force.
Insert a new filter 6 wit t e same filterin c aracteristics
as the removed one.

Insert the cap (1) again.

deposits.

CAUTION!
The projection screw (5) positioned on the filter holder
ring supplied with the kit must be removed; failure to
do this could cause the filter to break.
[ NOTE ]
If there is only a dust deposit on the separator (4) allow the
dust to drop through the central hole.
