3 Installing
3.1 Requirements regarding the installation location
The SINVERT PVM inverter uses pure convection cooling, and is therefore designed for mounting on a vertical wall.
● Shaded installation location (no direct exposure to sun)
● Vertical mounting position
● Mounting on a fixed wall or metal construction with sufficient load-bearing capacity (40 kg per device).
● Sufficient distance from flammable materials
● Installation outdoors possible thanks to degree of protection IP65
● The following minimum clearances from ceiling, floor, wall, or neighboring devices must be observed:
– Lateral: 50 mm
– Top/bottom: 500 mm

Installing the inverter

A supplied wall bracket is used in installation.

CAUTION
Improper handling can result in injury and damage
Improper handling can result in device malfunctions and serious injury from falling or crushing.
● The SINVERT PVM inverter's weight of approx. 40 kg must be taken into account.
● Two persons are required for installation.
NOTICE
Do not put any weight on the edge of the cover when installing! Never grip the device by the cover!
Use only the four hand grips for moving the device.
