Users' Guide
Quick Speed
Use to set an exact speed whilst running.
Safety Key
Included with this machine is a red Safety Key without which the treadmill won't operate. Its purpose is to immediately stop the
machine in the event of an emergency. An Error Code "E07" will be displayed if the key is not correctly attached to the treadmill.
The clip on the other end of the cord must be attached to clothing at all times during workout to ensure the machine stops
immediately in the event of emergency.
COMPUTER PROGRAMS

Manual Program
START can be pressed to begin workout immediately.

2. The TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES will count up from zero
3. Treadmill speed can be manually adjusted using the SPEED + or – buttons at any time during a workout.
4. Target measurement can be changed between time, distance and calories by pressing MODE button whilst treadmill is at standby.
Once measure is selected use SPEED + or – to set target and START to commence workout.
P1-P12
These are preset programs in which the machines speed or incline will be changed automatically
during a workout.
If the speed/incline is altered by the user during these programs it will revert back to the preset
speed at the next segment of the program.
Press the PROGRAM button to select the required program.

2. Press START to select and begin the preset workout time.
3. The default workout time for these programs is 30 minutes. This can be altered by pressing the SPEED + or – buttons before
START is selected.
4. During these programs the speed settings are split into 16 segments. The time of each segment depends on the overall time
selected. For example: A 32 minute program = 16 segments of 2 minutes. Therefore the speed would alter approximately every
2 minutes. Times will differ to allow for warm up and cool down.
5. The console will count down and beep for 3 seconds at each segment when the Speed/incline is going to be changed.
It will then change 2 seconds after this.
6. At the end of each program the machine will beep and automatically come to a stop. The incline level will be reset to 0.
If STOP is pressed during the program the machine will slow down and come to a standstill. The information will be lost and the

display will return to the STANDBY MODE.
8. The START button can be pressed during the workout to pause the program. The data will remain on the screen.
Press START to resume.

This will calculate the user's Body Mass Index (BMI). Select the "F1" program, and complete the following
procedure to display the user's BMI:
The program will request the following personal data displayed in the LCD Display. After entering each element of data utilizing the
SPEED + or – button, confirm selection and continue by pressing MODE:
S - User's gender 1 = Male; 2 = Female
A - User's age
H - User's height (in cm)
W - User's weight (in kg)
Once the above data is correctly entered, the LCD Display will show a B. At this point hold both pulse sensors. The pulse window will
have 3 lines flashing to show the pulse is being read. Continue to hold the sensors until the user's BMI is shown.

MPH to KPH Conversion
The speed and distance can be set to operate in MPH or KPH.
To switch between these:
1.
Remove the SAFETY KEY, the computer will show E-07.
2. Press and hold PROGRAM and MODE buttons together for 2 to 3 seconds.
3. The console with change the speed from MPH to KPH automatically.
