For attachments to steel or wood: A qualified engineer must check by calculating that the design and mounting data are
compatible with the force applied within the framework of the test type (600daN)

-1- Drill a hole Ø 14mm, 115mm deep.
The minimum distance from the edge must be 145
mm. The distance between 2 holes must be > or =
to 165mm.
-2- Clear the hole of any dust.
-3- Check the depth and insert the chemical anchor
or capsule.
-4- Insert the rod in hammer mode. The rod grinds
the mixture.
-5- Do not touch during the DPU phase. Remove
the excess outside the hole.
-6- Once the hardening time is over, the installer
should check suitability for use by subjecting the
structural anchor to an axial load of 500 daN for 15
seconds. See # Checks.
-7- Put the anchor bar and the M12 washer in place
and screw in the M12 nut. Apply a tightening torque
of 40 Nm.
