USES
The Form Fit Universal Wrist Brace can be used to treat indications
®
where wrist immobilization is required such as: tendonitis, carpal tunnel
syndrome, arthritis, strains and sprains, post cast healing and other
selected wrist injuries.
CAUTION
This product is designed to be worn directly on the skin. Patient should
regularly inspect their hand, wrist, and forearm after each use. If any
problems occur with this product, please contact your healthcare provider.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Loosen the Wrist Closure Strap and Lateral Hand Stabilizer Tab
(Figure 2).
2. Place hand into the support with thumb inserted in the Thumb
Hole (Figure 3).
a. Confirm that Dorsal Stay is positioned at midline on forearm/
hand. If necessary reposition stay in appropriate Dorsal Stay
pocket (Figure 6).
b. Palmar Stay is provided in a neutral alignment of the wrist.
note: All stays may be contoured as necessary by a healthcare
provider.
3. Fasten the Wrist Closure Strap (Figure 4).
4. Fasten the Lateral Hand Stabilizer Tab to the dorsal part of the wrist
brace for a secure fit (Figure 5).
note: Straps may be adjusted and trimmed as necessary to accommodate
edema and comfort.

CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS

This wrist brace can be converted from right to left or left to right. If you
wish to convert the brace, remove the aluminum dorsal/palmar stays and
reinsert into opposite respective stay pockets. Follow fitting instructions
(Steps 1 thru 4) to apply the brace.
a. Lateral Hand Stabilizer Tab can be switched and mounted on the
opposite side (Figure 7).

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

This product may be cleaned by hand using a mild detergent and 30°C
(86°F) cold water. Aluminum stays should be removed before washing.
Do not bleach. Do not wash in washing machine.
Air dry only. Do not squeeze or wring out the brace. Do not place in a
dryer or near a heater.
