4th PHASE (Adjustments and checks)
1 - Release the motors
2 - Adjust the mechanical stops by moving the leaf by hand into a completely open and closed position
3 - Check the correct tightness of the stops
4 - Put the leaves into the intermediate position and then lock the motors. Move the leaves slightly by hand so the
gears mesh.
5 - Turn all of the micro-switches to OFF except for DIP 7-12-14 which should be ON (with electric-locking also
DIP 8-9-10 should be ON)
6 - Put DIP 1 to ON. The DL1 LED will flash
7 - Press PROG and keep it pressed down. The DL2 and DL4 LEDs on the side of the motors' connection terminals
turn on. M1 and then M2 must open for as long as PROG stays pressed (if necessary, reverse the wires of the
motor(s) which open to re-establish correct movement direction)
8 - Put DIP1 to OFF. The DL1 LED will stop flashing
5th PHASE (Programming total opening time)
1 - Both leaves are closed. Put DIP 2 to ON. The DL1 LED flashes.
2 - Press PROG. The first leaf opens, recording the times (M2 stays still in the closed position).
3 - When M1 has finished opening, the motor stops (the M1 times are stored).
4 - The second leaf starts opening, recording the times.
5 - When M2 has finished opening the motor stops (the M2 times are stored)
6 - Press the PROG button.
7 - M2 closes. When the offset between the two leaves is such that they will not override each other when closed, press PROG to close M1.
8 - M1 closes with no risk of overriding M2. DL1 stops flashing
9 - Both motors have stopped. Times are stored
10 - Put DIP2 to OFF.
6th PHASE (Programming pedestrian opening times)
1 - Both leaves are closed. Put DIP2 to ON. The DL1 LED will flash quickly.
2 - Put DIP1 to ON. The DL1 LED will now flash slowly.
3 - Make contact between the COM and PED BUTT terminals. The DL1 LED will flash.
4 - When the leaf is opened enough, again make contact between the COM and Ped Butt terminals. This will
stop M1.
5 - Make contact again between terminals COM and PED BUTT.
6 - M1 closes. The times are stored.
7 - Put DIP 1 and DIP2 to OFF.
7th Programming of the MOON, MOON CLONE, SUN remote controls, the BLOCK Wi-Fi key selector switch and the SPARK Wi-Fi
blinker
Check that the dual-colored DL7 LED on the MASTER Wi-Fi alternates red and green (empty memory)

Push and hold the PROG RX button on the MASTER Wi-Fi card for at least 3 seconds. Upon release, the dual-colored DL7 LED
flashes red for 10 seconds.

At this time, pushing one of the buttons on the remote control will memorize the code.
Note: The MASTER Wi-Fi, in addition to the code, also records the button/channel to be used. Therefore pay attention to which remote
control buttons are pushed during the code recording process because it is these which will later activate the entire opening
process.
If no code is given, after 10 seconds the red dual-colored DL7 LED of the MASTER Wi-Fi turns off indicating that the programming
procedure has been exited. The dual-colored DL7 LED flashes alternately red and green indicating that there is no code in the memory.
Correct code memorization is indicated by the dual-colored DL7 LED coming on green for 500 ms and a sound from the buzzer, indicating
correct memorization.

After recording the last command, an additional 10 seconds is given for the next registration.

Now, insert the BLOCK Wi-Fi key selector switch and turn it clockwise in order to memorize the BLOCK Wi-Fi key selector.

Correct code memorization is indicated by the dual-colored DL7 LED coming on green for 500 ms and a sound from the buzzer, indicating

correct memorization. After recording the BLOCK Wi-Fi key selector, an additional 10 seconds is given for the next registration

Now, press the button S4 PROG TX on the SPARK Wi-Fi blinker card
Correct blinker code memorization is indicated by the dual-colored DL7 LED coming on green for 500 ms and a sound from the buzzer,
indicating correct memorization.
ON
To complete the code registration process let 10 seconds pass until the red flashing DL7 LED turns off.

Alternately, pushing the PROG RX button on the side of the MASTER Wi-Fi card will cause the red flashing DL7 LED to turn off, indicating
completion of the memorization process.
