Fitting instructions
The pictures that go with the fitting instructions
can be found on the inside cover (2) at the start
of the brochure.
1
To put the orthosis on, open all the Velcro straps and
slide them through the appropriate eyelet. The central
strap is wrapped around the wrist and then inserted
through the eyelet when the orthosis is first put on.
Pull the brace over your wrist in such a way that the
hand and thumb openings point away from the body
and the shaped aluminium splint is on the inside of
the wrist.
2
First wrap the central Velcro strap around the wrist,
then the upper and the lower Velcro straps. You can
then readjust the central Velcro fastening if necessary.
Ensure that the product is secure but not too tight so
as to prevent pinching.
3
Finally, wrap the Velcro strap around the thumb
opening and close it.
Intended Use
The Dynamics Wrist Orthosis with
Thumb Piece provides wrist and thumb
immobilisation. The anatomically-shaped
aluminium splints can be individually
adjusted. The breathable inner padding
guarantees the brace is pleasant and
comfortable to wear.
