WARNING
Prevent serious injury or death: Failure to follow these warnings and
the instructions could result in serous injury or death.
• When used as a napper, seat must be attached to the bassinet
mounts. Never attach seat on the same side as the changing table.
• When used as a napper, ALWAYS place child on back to sleep.
FALL HAZARD— Children have suffered head injuries falling from
product.
• When used as a napper, STOP using the product when infant:
• Begins to wiggle out of position or turn over in the product, or
• Head touches the upper edge of the product, or
• Weighs more than 15 lb (6.8 kg) (approximately 3 months of
age).
• When used as a rocker, STOP using product when baby starts
trying to sit up or has reached 18 pounds (8.2 kg), whichever
comes first.
• ALWAYS use on floor or attached to bassinet. Never place product
near edges of counter tops, tables, or other elevated surfaces.
• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
• NEVER use this product as a means to transport an infant in a
motor vehicle.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD—Infants have suffocated:
• On added pillows, blankets and extra padding.
- ONLY use the pad provided by the manufacturer.
- NEVER place extra padding under or beside infant.
• When trapped between product and adjacent surface.
- ONLY use in bassinet when it is securely attached. Check by
pulling upward on the seat.
- NEVER use this seat in different product.
- NEVER use in contained areas (e.g. crib, play yard) or next to
vertical surfaces (e.g. walls and dressers).
• When product was placed on a soft surface and tipped over.
- Never use on a soft surface (e.g. bed, sofa, cushion).
- When used as a rocker, stay near and watch child during use.
This rocker is not safe for unsupervised use or unattended sleep.
- When used as a napper, you are responsible for providing adult
supervision. This napper is not intended for unsupervised or
prolonged periods of sleep.
• Use seat with only one child at a time.
