05. Reporting defects
Claims can only be made under the
warranty, if defects are reported correctly
and in due time. The defect must be
reported to the guarantor immediately by
telephone, in writing or by email. To raise
warranty claims please see 07. Contact for
detailed information.
When reporting the defect, the purchaser
must describe the defect or problem.
To make a claim under the warranty, the
guarantor must be provided with a proof
of purchase that indicates the date of
purchase of the product.
Products returned to the guarantor to
invoke the warranty become the property
of the guarantor. By sending the product,
the purchaser agrees to the transfer of
ownership to the guarantor.
06. Data protection
If the purchaser asserts their rights
from the warranty, the processing of
the warranty claim requires regular
processing of the purchaser's personal
data. The purchaser is not legally obliged
to provide personal data.
If personal data is not provided, however,
the processing and handling of the
warranty claim may be impossible. You
