Splash Guard Front With and Without
Running Board
Please read instructions thoroughly before starting.

Tools Required:
#2 Phillips Screwdriver
#2 Flat Screwdriver
3/32" (2.5mm) Drill Bit/Drill
Clean Cloth/Rag
Note: Turning of front wheels to the left or right will allow for additional
clearance when installing the splash guards.
Important: If you have stock running boards you will need to mark
and drill two additional mount holes in splash guard, follow installation
procedures. For non-running board and tubular step do not add holes.
Installation Procedure
1. Clean and degrease body panel where splash guards are to be
located.
2. For stock running boards only. Identify locations E and F.
See Figure 1. Mark locations on running board edge and install
self tapping screws half way.
3. Identify panel edge bolts, locations A and B. Remove bolts and
do not discard. See Figure 1.
4. Identify panel edge push pins, locations C and D. Remove and
discard. See Figure 1.
5. Pull liner forward and install supplied spring clips over holes C and
D. See Figures 1 and 2.
6. Mount splash guard and install existing bolts in locations A and
B. While holding splash guard firmly against panel, mark screw
head locations, E and F on back side of part. Remove part and
hardware, drill 1/4" (6mm) holes at marked locations.
7. Mount splash guard and reinstall existing bolts in locations A and
B. Tighten bolts while holding splash guard firmly against panel.
See Figure 1.
8. Install supplied screws in locations C and D. See Figures 1 and
2.
9. While holding splash guard firmly against panel, reinstall supplied
screws in locations E and F. Do not overtighten.
