4. Fields of application

For wet and dry vacuum cleaning. The appliance is not
suitable for the extraction of health hazardous
dusts. The vacuum cleaner features a power supply socket
with an automatic ON/OFF switching circuit for the connec-
tion of electric tools.
5. Assembly
When unpacking, please check that all parts are included and
that there is no damage.

5.1 Container

Open the clip locks and remove the top section

5.2 Filters –
Fit the filters; depending upon the given model:
– Folded-filter cartridge FP 3600
cartridge over the case
see fig. G. The FP 3600 cartridge has a higher filtering
surface for longer suction periods and a higher dust
retaining capacity than the TF 2000 fabric filter and the
TF 3000 fabric filter bag.
The FP 3600 is suitable for wet and dry vacuum cleaning.
– Fabric filter bag TF 3000
Remove the filter for wet vacuum cleaning.
– Fabric filter TF 2000

vacuum cleaning.

– Paper filter bag
by its cardboard frame and push vertically onto the guide of
the cyclone suction opening (15) until the stop point is
reached. The bag must fit close to the container walls; see
fig. D.
The bag increases the dust retaining capacity and is used for
hygienic disposal. The paper filter bag must only be used for
dry vacuum cleaning.

5.3 Top section

Top section : Place right way round on the container as
indicated in fig. H. Secure the lock against rotation. The paper

filter bag must not be damaged, and the clip locks
lock in place.

5.4 Attaching accessories

The entire range of accessories is suitable for wet and dry
vacuum cleaning. The TD turbo nozzle and the PB turbo-brush
nozzle can only be used for dry vacuum cleaning.
Suction hose: Insert in the cyclone suction opening
fix in position by clockwise rotation.
Accessories: Push onto the hose connection or suction tube
and turn to lock in position. Both suction tubes are required to
clean the floor. For other jobs only one tube with a nozzle or
hose with nozzle is sufficient.
5.5 Socket with automatic ON/OFF switch
For vacuum cleaner with automatic ON/OFF circuit.

The socket is intended for the connection of electric tools,
e.g. torch.
Connected load: For vacuum cleaner with accessory maxi-
mum 16 A.
WARNING: The electric tool must be switched off before it is
connected. The socket is always live, independent of the switch
position, when the power supply plug is connected to the mains!

Electric tool connection: Featured on the vacuum cleaner
with power socket and automatic ON/OFF circuit.

The connections for electric suction tools have not yet been
standardised. A special hose adapter is available for mechanical
connection of many electrical tools to the suction hose. For elec-
tric tools with a suction connection of 27 mm diameter we
supply upon request: Adapter order No. 558592; and for
suction hose, diameter 27 mm, order No. 426266.
For other connections please contact the manufacturer of the
given electric tool.
