Alarm output: The WL9(M4)-3Vxxxx sensor features a pre-failure notification output
("Alarm" in connection diagram [B]), which issues a notification if the sensor is only rea‐
dy for operation to a limited extent. Possible causes: Sensor or reflector is contamina‐
ted, sensor is out of alignment. In the good state: LOW (U
nated: HIGH (>+U - V). The LED indicator flashes in this case.
