MONITOR.-
A: These five displays provide a
continuous
readout
Elevation/Pulse rate; Time; Speed and
Distance.
B:
BODY-
FAT;
PROGRAM (P1- P6) indicator lights.
C: The electronic monitor has eight
push buttons or keys. BODY- FAT;
INCLINE
(▲▼);
SPEED Km/h (+ -); START/STOP.
g: Safety key.
STARTING.-
Plug the unit into a wall socket with an
EARTH terminal and set switch (L) to
position (1), Fig.1 The safety key (g)
must be inserted into its spot (E) Fig.2,
otherwise the machine will not operate.
As soon as the safety key (g) is in

the displays will show a [00:00] value,
indicating that the machine is READY
to be used.
CHANGING FROM
KILOMETRES TO MILES.-
Do the following to change from
kilometres to miles or vice versa:
Press and hold the MODE key while
you

approximately 5 seconds, then release
both keys.
Press the ENTER key again and (1
km/h) or (0 Miles/h) will appear on the
left of the display, use the INCLINE + -
or SPEED ▲▼ to select a setting.
Now press the ENTER key 3 times
and check the selected change.
