Preliminary works
Dismount the seat and remove the seat lock. Remove the left and right side
covers (4x M6x16 collar screws, 6x 50x18 plastic screws).
Remove the left and right passenger footrests.
Remove the spare fuses from the original rear lower section and mount in
the
rear lower section included in the scope of supply.
Remove the relay retaining bracket (2x 5x12plastic screws)
Remove the fuse carrier (2x 6x20 plastic screws). For the 2007 model year:
pull out the fuse carrier.
Disconnect the taillight and rear flasher.
Remove the silencer (2x M8x25, 1x exhaust clamp)
Loosen the cable ties on the main wiring harness from the rear lower section.
Remove the rear lower section (2x M6x15, 2x mounting bolts)
Remove the license plate bracket.
Remove the flasher and wiring harness from the license plate holder.

Mounting unit 1
Apply the heat-resistant film 61108121000 on the rear lower section of the
monoseat as illustrated.
Insert the EJOT Easyboss 50x3.5x8 plastic nut 0040503508 (1) in the upper
part of the license plate bracket.

Mount the license plate lamp 75014047000 using the EJOT PT 50x18 WN
1413 screw.
Insert the bulb in the license plate lamp (original wiring harness).
