Screw the lever and bushing onto the M5 range change metal nut.
Screw the retaining bracket relay onto the rear lower section using the
EJOT PT KA 50x12 screws 0081050121. Mount the fuse box with the
EJOT PT K60x20 screws 0017060203.
(For the 2007 model, slide the fuse box on the tapered tabs; the tab on
the fuse box must face the rear)

Insert the 6x11x16x5mm collared bushes 50308052000 in the front,
position the seat carrier bracket 61107149000 and mount with KTM
M6x16 collar screws 0015060163.
Mount the exhaust system.
Mount cable clip 61111041000 (1) and cable clip KHS 58111076000
(2), remove the rubber tool holder (3) from the original rear lower section
and mount.

Screw the retaining bracket for the wiring harness 61108119080 onto the
rear lower section using the EJOT PT 40x18 WN 1412 screws
0016040183. If using an activated charcoal filter, also mount on the
opposite side (mounted the same way as on the production rear end).
