Owners's Guide
Do not mow on slopes with an
incline greater than 20 %. It is
dangerous to mow on slopes
because the unit can tip over or
slip. Avoid sudden starts and stops
while driving on the slope and
drive down the slope slowly with
gear engaged. Mow up and down
slopes and not across.
Only operate the unit in daylight or
with adequate artificial light.
The unit is not approved for the
transport of passengers. Never
carry passengers.
Before operating the unit
Avoid injury. Before working on
the unit:
• Stop the engine
• Remove the ignition key
• Wait until all moving parts have
come to a complete standstill
• Remove wire from spark plug to
avoid accidental starting
After operating the unit
Do not get off the unit until you
have turned the engine off,
engaged the parking break and
removed the ignition key.
Safety devices
For the protection of the operator
the tractor is equipped with safety
devices which must always be in
full working order.
You should never make any
unauthorized adjustments to the
safety devices or bypass them.
Safety devices on the unit are as
follows:
Grass Ejector Flap
Figure 18
The grass ejector flap (2) provides
protection against injury that could
be caused by the cutting blade(s)
or any solid objects that might be
thrown out. The lawn mower
should never be operated with the
deflector detached.

Safety Interlock System

The safety interlock system will
only allow the motor to be started
when:
• The driver is seated on the driver
seat
• The break pedal is fully
depressed, i.e. the parking
break is activated
• The PTO switch is in the OFF-
Position
The safety interlock system will
automatically shut off the engine if
the operator leaves the seat without
engaging the break lock and / or if
the PTO is not in the OFF position.
The safety interlock system
prevents the unit from reversing
when the PTO is in ON position.
The PTO/engine will be
automatically shut off.

Stickers with various symbols are
attached to the unit They have the
following specific meanings:

indicate that side of the tractor
when facing forward white seated
in the driver´s seat.
