SPECIFIC HIGHLIGHTS
• Piaget's first minute repeater. One of the most difficult major complication to develop.
• Ultra-thin self-winding minute repeater measuring only 4.8 mm.
• Developed on the basis of the 1208P.
• Exceptional sound performances: High intensity (64 decibels) / excellent damping
factor of 2600.
• Striking in the fifth octave, the hours are pitched at G sharp, and the minutes at A sharp.
The sound is enriched with three virtually harmonic partials.
• Surprise-piece device to ensure an optimal hour jump at the end of the 59th minute
for an optimized precision.
• Movement finishes exclusively realised by hand: 250 hours of work.
• Movement development time: 3 years / 6 engineers.
