4. EXERCISE SUGGESTIONS
Apart from the typical pull-up, with this pull-up bar by Sportstech you
can also do the following types of exercises.
Stretching exercises
Stretch your body sufficiently before and after the exercises to prevent cramps or injuries.
1. Knee and Hip Stretching
Hold the pull-up bar with your hands in opposite directions, one
hand towards your body, the other hand pointing to your back.
Bend your knees and let your arms extend completely. Slowly
raise your knees and hold your legs together.
2. Spinal Stretching
Hold the pull-up bar firmly with your hands, bend your knees

slowly, hold your heels together and transfer your body weight
to the toes of your feet. Bend your head backward as far as
you can, while arching your back.
3. Upper Body Stretching
Hold the pull-up bar firmly with your hands, bend your knees
slowly, and keep your head tilted forward. Lift your feet off the
floor and stay in this position for some time.
4. Abdominal workout
Hold on to the pull-up bar, the arms are almost completely
stretched. Now lift up your stretched legs in front of your body
until they form a right angle with your upper body. Keep this
position a little. Then bring your legs back into the starting po-
sition.
