Quick Start (Introduction)

Start of training

(without settings)
Press the "SET" button in order to exit the standby mode of the
display. All segments are shown for a short time. Subsequently,
the total kilometres of the device are shortly indicated with
"DISTANCE ODO".
Then the programme "Count up" is displayed in ready for trai-
ning mode.
The power value displays 25 Watt, the pulse reading shows a
value or "P", if no heart rate is detected. All of the other values
are displayed as "0".
The training begins as soon as you start to pedal.
The displays for pedal rotations, speed, distance, energy and
time count upwards.
Pressing the "minus" or "plus" key changes the power. Rotating
towards "minus" or "plus" changes the value indicated under
"POWER" in steps of 5 Watt.
Training break or ending the session
Stop pedalling. If the pedal rotations fall below 10 rpm, this is
recognised as being a training break. The average values for
revolutions, speed, power and heart rate (if pulse detection is
active) are indicated with the Ø AVG symbol.

Standby operation

If training is not continued and no key is pressed then the dis-
play will go into standby mode after 10 minutes. Pressing the
"SET" key or starting to pedal will make the display reappear
ready for training.
Under "Individual settings > Eco", you can determine whether
the display is switched off during standby (by selecting "On") or
whether it is kept up (by selecting "OFF").
