Refer to the technical datasheet delivered with the burner.
The boiler is delivered with an optional intermediate flange and a gasket to fix the burner to the boiler door.
The space between the burner head and the door refractory insulator must be filled with the
refractory fibres supplied with the boiler (the packet of fibres is placed in the boiler combustion
chamber) as in the diagram below:

The whole installation must only be done by an approved specialist. The connection must be done in accordance
with the current regulations.
Refer to the burner datasheet.
The pipework diameter shall be calculated to suit the flow rates and network pressure.
Place a gas stop tap close to the burner.
Remarks:
Before connecting the gas pipe ensure that it has been purged and that it is free of particles and
swarf.
On commissioning and after each opening of the gas line, the line sealing must be examined with
a leakage detector.
The installation must only be used with the intended gas quality – Observe the additional plate on
the burner.
